Mexican National Anthem

The Mexican National Anthem is a familiar tune to most North American MW DX'ers.
Identification of the National Anthem in the background on a frequency can help direct
your attention southward, prepare you for an upcoming ID, and even help identify a
station based on the version of the National Anthem and the time you hear it.

Thanks to the research of a CorazonDX member, we've found out that CIRT requires the
anthem to be played at the beginning and closing of broadcast.  See more info here.
Additionally, many DX'ers have noted that Mexican AM stations play the anthem at
local midnight, even if they are not signing off.
